White Wines

2006 Symphony – the Symphony grape is a relatively New grape developed by the University of California (Davis). It is across between Muscat of Alexandria and Grenache Gris. The wine is a sweet-white with a slight spiciness and pleasant fruit aromas, sometimes including tangerine, apricot and peach. It’s a Silver Medal winner at the NM State Fair Wine Tasting.

Wild Hare – a propriety blend of red grapes. Sweet with a complex flavor best served chilled. It’s a Silver Medal winner at the NM State Fair Wine Tasting.

Uno Dos Tres – is a proprietary blend of three grape varieties (Muscat Cannelli, Symphony and Gewurztraminer). A highly complex sweet white wine. It’s a Bronze Medal winner at the NM State Fair Wine Tasting.

Cinco – Blend of five different grapes and semi-sweet.

2006 White Zinfandel – a traditional, semi-sweet blush wine. This vintage reflects the fruity flavor this grape is known for.

2005 Rose’ – a traditional drier Grenache blush wine. Served chilled it’s great for any occasion.
